Is it easy to return items?
Super easy! Follow the steps above, print a return label and stick it in the mail (USPS). Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours. Allow 5 – 10 business days, depending on your bank, to see the amount back in your account. Refunds can only be issued to the original credit card or Paypal account that was used for the initial purchase.
Choose Instant Store Credit for credit to use online, right away (best way to make an exchange).

What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 7 days.
- Full priced items in new condition.
- Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags and liners still attached. Odors, hairs, spray tan stains won't be accepted.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a discount code.
- Accessories, Jewelry, Skincare are final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Does not accept returns more than 7 days after delivery
How do I exchange?
We recommend returning your item(s) and placing a new order once your refund is processed to avoid multiple charges on your card. :)
Is there a restocking fee for the returns?
No, we do not charge a restocking fee for any returns received within 7 days of delivery. :)
